This year's United Kingdom Radiological Congress (UKRC) looks set to have more education opportunities for students than ever before.
The three day multidisciplinary congress covers all aspects of diagnostic imaging and oncology, as well as radiology informatics and service delivery.
This year it takes place on Monday 8 to Wednesday 10 June in Manchester.
The programme includes a range of free and paid for CPD sessions.
Following its success last year, the ‘Education on the Stand’ initiative will return to provide CPD value in the UKRC exhibition as well as in the lecture programme.
Companies including Siemens, Toshiba, GE, and Philips branch out from their usual equipment displays, running a series of educational workshops, lectures and hands on demos. Delegates who attend gained a CoR accredited CPD certificate for their portfolio.
The main scientific programme, for paying delegates, also includes several sessions on career development.
Students receive significant savings when registering for UKRC. The reduced rates are £40 for one day (down from £115), £55 for two days (down from £180), £70 for three days (down from £240). All prices inclusive of VAT.
