Researching essays should be easier for students thanks to a brand new web feature launched by the SoR.
An online document library allows members to effortlessly search through the Society’s professional documents dating back to 2002.
Features include a virtual briefcase, fully searchable content and printable pages.
Christina Freeman, SoR professional officer in charge of the project, commented: “All our new titles will be available as an interactive online copy. SCoR publications provide guidance and advice on the latest in radiography policy and practice with input from leading experts in the field. We are very fortunate to be able to call upon so many experts within the profession to help us provide this service.
"Students will find it useful particularly when studying and carrying
out research because it is easier to find the relevant document and
within the document itself it will be much quicker to find the relevant
section. The briefcase facility will allow users to collect key
documents of specific interest to them."
SoR documents live now include:
• Learning and Development;
• Code of conduct and ethics;
• Education Strategy for Scotland;
• Patient Advocacy;
• Continuing Professional Development: Professional and Regulatory Requirements.
